ALL PLAYERS - CO-ED/GOLD/SILVER
1. Coaching Incentive
A $70 fee per team will be waived for the manager(s) to use toward their annual dues. If a team has two coaches, the fee would be split in half and each coach would receive a $35 waiver. If a player coaches two teams, that player would receive a waiver for each league. The decision was made that if additional fees are required to cover this incentive, it will be reviewed and a determination to raise fees will be determined at that time.
2. Reporting Scores
The winning team of each game must report their score via in person, email, text, phone or simply handing the League Coordinators (Janice Jones, Co-ed/Jack Mullikin, Gold and Vaughn Harrow, Silver) something in writing after a game. If the winning team does not report their score within 48 hours, they will forfeit their win. This proposal is being changed from ‘can be forfeited’ to ‘will be forfeited’.

Co-Ed League Rule Changes for the 2013 season
1. Injured Reserve List
If a team has two or more players on the injured reserve list (*see definition below) for the entire season, they will get an additional recruit.
*Injured Reserve: A team may place a roster player on their injured reserve list if the player is physically harmed, physically impaired, or has physical injuries that prevent him/her from playing ball. During the time that player is on the injured reserve list, they will be exempt from paying any league fees, and may not participate in any form of league play. Once a player comes off the injured reserve list, they must pay all appropriate league fees and will remain on the same team. The player must be placed on the injured reserve list prior to the beginning of the ball season to be exempt from league fees.
If a player must miss a season of play for some reason other than physical harm, physical impairment, or physical injury, and wants to remain on the same team when they return, they must pay all appropriate league fees by the league deadline at the beginning of the season they are going to miss. Otherwise, they must re-enter the league as a recruit or a draft player.
A player may only be on an injured reserve list for 2 consecutive years.
2. Penalty for Picking Up Players
For every player picked up, a team will be penalized two runs for a man and one run for a woman. No penalty for borrowing players from the opposing team.
If sportsmanship is not a good enough reason for limiting yourself to ASA-allowable bats, potential injuries or even criminal prosecution should be. If in doubt about whether your bat is legal or possibly lethal, ask the umpire and Allen.
